Job Description
The Role
- As a Junior HR Generalist, you will be tasked with the following;
Recruitment
- Handling end-to-end recruitment processes on behalf of our client. This includes; sourcing CVs, screening, interviewing, conducting tests/assessments e.t.c
- Sending frequent reports to clients with updates on the status of their recruitment process
- Communicating the shortlisted candidates with the client
- Working with clients to draft and share offers with selected candidates
- Maintaining relationships with candidates to ensure that there is a database of potential candidates for subsequent engagements
- Negotiating work terms on behalf of the clients
Client Management
You will be assigned your clients to manage their employees. Managing their employees will involve;
- Managing leave policy and calendars for their employees
- Working with internal accounts to ensure payroll accuracy
- Managing employee onboarding and documentation
- Planing creative initiatives to drive employee engagement and satisfaction
- Recruitment of new and replacement roles
- Planning milestone and key celebrations for employees
- Creating and implementing performance management systems
