Job Description

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate filling of prescriptions


• Patient counselling


• Therapeutic drug monitoring


• Oversee the activities of Sales Assistants & Technicians


• Get ad hoc and structured feedbacks from customers to inform improvement in service delivery


• Ensure that there is adequate supplies to meet the needs of patients/customers, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree.


• One to two years working experience


• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices


• Hardworking


• Good team player.
