Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Port Harcourt.


• The Human Resources Executive will be provide strong support for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and human resources practices.


• The role includes overseeing and implementing HR initiatives, strategies, and policies to support the organization's goals and objectives.


• The Human Resources Executive will also handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in Human Resources general practice


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and stakeholders


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related field
