About The Opportunity

• The purpose of the role is to monitor the movement of the trucks and escalating anomalies.


• The role ensures accurate and timely tracking, identification, and escalation of potential risks, issues, and opportunities, enabling apt decision-making and required interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Calling/reporting the current locations of trucks to fleet and management team.


• Follow up/updating the service delivery team on trucks in transit and those delayed at the clients’ place.


• Updating the Diesel department on trucks locations/route/mileage covered and others within 24hours.


• Updating workshop team on route/truck locations


• Reporting idling/Overspeed/diversion in transit.


• Follow up with all our service provider on all tracker installation/issues.


• Escalate journey challenges, delay of trucks at clients place to the appropriate desk.


• Ensure route optimization and report fuel tampering.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Requires a prominent level of planning and organizational skills.


• Excellent reporting skills.


• Requires intermediate to advanced verbal and written communications skills in English (fluency in local language will be helpful.


• Requires ability to anticipate and manage problems.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in related field.


• Proven experience in planning or tracking.


• Experience working in a logistics company.


• Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience.
