We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive work environment and support employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all recruitment needs for the company.
- Support the Management Team on all people leadership matters.
- Ensure regular training activities integrate with company policies and strategies.
- Prepare reports for Management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
- Handle interactions with external regulatory bodies.
- Address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace.
- Implement performance appraisals and improvement plans.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
