  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same

  • Train and motivate the team members to deliver prompt actions

  • Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively

  • Develop strategies for improving our customers dining experience

  • Move throughout the kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met

  • Judge appearance and taste of product and check preparation method to determine quality

  • Give guidance toward improvement and make necessary adjustments for consistency

  • Ensure all daily and monthly reports are detailed and submitted in a timely manner

  • Pertinent information to the staff, such changes, should be communicated promptly

  • You are to make sure day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Oversee both front and back of house operations, including cashier's and kitchen crew

  • Oversee kitchen staff's compliance with all health code and sanitation requirements.

  • Ensuring that checklist, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift.

  • Ensure proper documentation of customers orders and prompt deliver


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification

  • 3 - 5 years work experience.
