This is a full-time on-site role as a Director of Operations at Life Helpers Initiative in Sokoto.
The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, budgeting, and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
The role also involves providing excellent customer service and utilizing analytical skills to drive continuous improvement and optimize operational processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Operations Management and Team Management skills
Proven experience in a senior operations management role.
Analytical Skills and Budgeting experience
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Experience in the non-profit or social development sector is desirable
