Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

  • Operations Management and Team Management skills

  • Proven experience in a senior operations management role.

  • Analytical Skills and Budgeting experience

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience in the non-profit or social development sector is desirable
