Our client, a recruitment company is looking for a talented and experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage their clients' recruitment needs.


Responsibilities:


Client Management:



  • Meet with clients to define necessary requirements for open roles

  • Qualify the job description by means of pre-consultation meetings with respective clients to gain clarity on the roles being worked on.

  • Develop custom research methodology, and relevant recruitment strategies for open vacancies - ensuring that the best search methodologies are used.

  • Maintain quality on delivery within agreed parameters and time frames

  • Provide timely and thorough communication with regard to search activity and status on projects.


Candidate Management:



  • Keep in regular contact with candidates from sourcing to placement.

  • Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of prospective candidates.

  • Shortlist candidates matching clients' requirements.

  • Coach candidates on interviewing skills.


Functional:



  • Report on market insights including, but not limited to: salaries, industry movements, etc.

  • Provide feedback to management about details regarding recruitment deals

  • Researching and recommending new sourcing techniques and tools

  • Advertise all roles on all platform to ensure the position is seen by the right type of candidate.

  • Head Hunt candidates by sending emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary.

  • Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates

  • Send feedback to all unsuccessful candidates

  • Perform required background checks and reach out to previous employers to determine the accuracy of applicant information

  • Conduct CV writing and interviewing workshops during training sessions


Requirements:



  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter.

  • 5 - 6 years experience in consulting or recruitment industry.

  • HR certification is an added advantage.

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.

  • Extensive knowledge of sourcing methodologies.

  • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
