Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Client Communication:



  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

Market Research:

  • Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.

  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.


CRM Management:

  • Ensure all client interactions and sales activities are accurately recorded.


Reporting and Analytics:



  • Generate sales and performance reports to track progress towards goals.

  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for strategy adjustments.

Team Collaboration:



  • Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Training and Development:

Order Processing:

Sales Strategy Development:

Negotiation and Deal Closure:



  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits.

  • Close deals efficiently and ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations.


Marketing Collaboration:



  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.

  • Participate in the development of marketing campaigns and materials.


Customer Support and Satisfaction:



  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

  • Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services.

Budget Management:

Specification



  • Minimum of First Degree

  • The ideal candidate should have a background in B2B Corporate Sales, preferably in the mobile telephone retail industry.

  • Must have 3 – 5 years’ cognate experience

  • Experience in B2B/Corporate Sales in mobile phone retailing is required
