Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Client Communication:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Maintain and update a database of potential clients.

Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.

Administrative Tasks:
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.
CRM Management:
- Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Ensure all client interactions and sales activities are accurately recorded.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate sales and performance reports to track progress towards goals.
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for strategy adjustments.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
Training and Development:
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales and product knowledge.
- Stay informed about industry developments and new sales techniques.
Order Processing:
- Assist with processing orders and ensuring timely delivery of products or services.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to meet client requirements.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify and target new business opportunities and markets.
Negotiation and Deal Closure:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
- Close deals efficiently and ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
Marketing Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
- Participate in the development of marketing campaigns and materials.
Customer Support and Satisfaction:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Budget Management:
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve sales targets.

Specification
- Minimum of First Degree
- The ideal candidate should have a background in B2B Corporate Sales, preferably in the mobile telephone retail industry.
- Must have 3 – 5 years’ cognate experience
- Experience in B2B/Corporate Sales in mobile phone retailing is required
