Job Summary :

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team at Onekobo Technologies Limited.


• The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components for our advanced simulation and training products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of electrical systems in our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Development:

• Design and develop electrical systems and components for simulation and training products.


• Create detailed electrical schematics, layouts, and wiring diagrams.


• Select appropriate electrical components and materials based on project requirements.

System Integration:

• Collaborate with software and mechanical engineering teams to integrate electrical systems into simulation products.


• Ensure seamless communication and functionality between electrical components and other system parts.


• Conduct system-level testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper integration and operation.

Prototyping and Testing:

• Build and test prototypes to validate design concepts and performance.


• Perform debugging and optimization of electrical systems to enhance reliability and efficiency.


• Develop and execute testing protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.


• Coordinate with project stakeholders to define requirements, set timelines, and monitor progress.


• Provide regular updates on project status and address any issues that may arise.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all electrical designs, including specifications, test results, and user manuals.


• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.


• Stay updated with advancements in electrical engineering and incorporate new technologies into designs.

Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with the production team to support manufacturing and assembly processes.


• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and departments as needed.


• Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design and development, preferably in the simulation or training technology industry. Proven experience with CAD software for electrical design (e.g., AutoCAD, Altium Designer).

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.


• Proficiency in micro-controller programming and embedded systems.


• Experience with PCB design and layout.


• Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations (e.g., IEEE, IEC).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.


• Certification in relevant areas such as embedded systems, power electronics, or control systems.


• Working Conditions This role may require occasional travel to client sites and manufacturing facilities.
