Purpose 

The videographer will be responsible for creating visually compelling video content to showcase our real estate properties, highlight our development projects, and engage our target audience through creative storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit video content for real estate listings, property tours, and promotional videos.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to align videos with brand objectives and marketing strategies.


• Capture footage of properties, construction progress, and amenities to showcase the unique features of our developments.


• Ensure high production quality and consistency across all video projects.


• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in real estate videography.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Completion of video projects within specified timelines.


• Increased engagement and interest in properties through video content.


• Positive feedback from clients and viewers on the quality and creativity of videos.

Competences:

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).


• Strong cinematography skills and understanding of lighting and composition.


• Excellent storytelling abilities and creative vision.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience and Qualifications

• Degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or related field.


• Knowledge of real estate or architectural videography is a plus.


• Portfolio showcasing videography projects (if available).


• Open to entry-level, interns, or NYSC applicants with a passion for real estate videography.
