Purpose

The Graphics Designer will play a crucial role in visually representing the company'sprojects, creating compelling marketing materials, and ensuring brand consistency across all design assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop graphic designs for print and digital marketing materials such as brochures, banners, social media posts, and website visuals.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual concepts that resonate with our target audience and promote Suacasa's offerings.


• Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and represents our properties in an attractive and professional manner.


• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.


• Stay current on design trends and industry innovations to enhance our visual communication strategies.

• Timely delivery of high-quality design assets for marketing campaigns.


• Consistent brand representation and recognition through design work.


• Positive feedback on the creativity and effectiveness of design materials.

Competences:

• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).


• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and skill in layout and composition.

Experience and Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.


• 1 - 5 years work experience.


• Previous experience in graphic design, preferably in a real estate or marketing context.


• Portfolio showcasing design projects (if available).


• Suitable for entry-level, interns, or NYSC applicants looking to apply their design skills in a real estate
