Purpose of Position



  • We are seeking an experienced Interior Architectural Supervisor to join our team.

  • The Interior Architectural Supervisor will oversee and manage the architectural aspects of interior design projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to design standards.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and extensive knowledge of architectural principles and practices.


Responsibilities


Include but not limited to the following:



  • Supervise and coordinate architectural design activities for interior design projects from conception to completion.

  • Review and evaluate architectural drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with design standards, building codes, and project requirements.

  • Collaborate with interior designers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop design concepts, resolve design issues, and achieve project objectives.

  • Provide guidance and support to architectural team members, including architects, drafters, and interns, to facilitate efficient project execution.

  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess construction progress, identify potential challenges, and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project deadlines and financial objectives.

  • Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and solicit feedback.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in interior architecture to enhance design capabilities and project outcomes.


KPI:



  • Timely completion of 98% of interior design projects as per the agreed-upon deadlines.

  • Maintain project costs within 5% of the approved budget for each project and demonstrate effective resource utilization to achieve cost savings of at least 10%.

  • Achieve a minimum client satisfaction rating of 5 out of 5 based on feedback and project outcomes at project completion.

  • Ensure 100% compliance with design standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements as verified by project audits and inspections.

  • Maintain an accuracy rate of 98% in architectural drawings, plans, and specifications based on reviews conducted during project milestones.

  • Receive positive feedback from team members and stakeholders in 99% of communication and collaboration interactions as assessed through feedback mechanisms.

  • Successfully identify and resolve 100% of design issues and construction challenges within agreed timelines, categorizing issues based on complexity and impact.

  • Implement at least two innovative design solutions per project cycle to enhance project value and aesthetics, resulting in improved client satisfaction and project outcomes.

  • Project Management: Experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on schedule and within budget constraints.

  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including interior designers, engineers, contractors, and clients, to achieve project objectives.

  • Innovation: Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities to develop unique design concepts and solutions that meet client needs and project requirements.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in interior architecture or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Certification or licensure in interior design or architecture is preferred.


Experience:



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on interior architecture.

  • Professional licensure or certification in architecture preferred.

  • Proficiency in architectural design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful completion of interior design projects and architectural supervision.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in handling construction challenges effectively.
