Job Overview



  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Revenue Associate to join our team.

  • The Sales & Revenue Associate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and optimizing sales processes to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities.



  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling,strategic intros, networking events, and referrals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Secure discovery calls with prospects and work with the team to convert prospects into leads and leads into paying customers.

  • Promote our financing solutions to drivers operating on truQ within the zone you will be assigned to grow financing transaction volume

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to optimize sales efforts and maximize revenue opportunities.

  • Handle drivers’ management for the supply chain companies and oversee the day-to-day activities of drivers.

  • Ensure the registration of all drivers on the platform

  • Ensure adequate availability of partners (vehicles) to service different segments of truQ’s customers.

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.

  • Handle and solve issues that will come up during registration, onboarding, and in transit.


Requirements



  • Minimum HND educational qualification

  • Minimum of 2yrs cognate experience in sales or related roles within logistics or financial services

  • Solid track record of results and impact

  • Strong prospecting and lead generation expertise with fluid relationship management skills

  • Ability to identify and solve problems

  • The candidate must reside in Lagos
