Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead the design, planning, budgeting, and monitoring of programs.

  • Oversee existing and upcoming program activities.

  • Develop new efficient and effective programs and initiatives.

  • Ensure all activities align with our organization’s mission and vision.

  • Prepare and submit regular activity, financial, and meeting reports.

  • Foster connections with our target population and wider community.

  • Uphold the highest ethical standards in fundraising efforts.

  • Identify fundraising strategies that harmonize with our NGO’s vision.

  • Ensure project activities adhere to organizational policies and regulations.

  • Demonstrate resourcefulness in project design, implementation, and monitoring.


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or related field.

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience with at least 1 year in an NGO or similar setting.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken communication.

  • Strong negotiation and marketing skills

  • Goal-oriented mind-set with a commitment to integrity.

  • Keen observational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated leadership in teams and adept problem-solving skills.
