Job Description

• We are seeking to employ Head of Operations who will be responsible to lead the team on how to identify, prioritize, win, launch and develop porfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a programmatic process for deals with executive team


• Identify friction points for MFB and market sales team in prospecting, pitching, pitching, onboarding and growing new business.


• Set standards for client experience and work with client services, risk, operations, sales and finance to ensure they are met.


• Lead the development of frameworks and content centrally that can be repeatedly used by market sales teams


• Work with finance and other teams to solve any challenges to get a picture of the pipeline.


• Develop strategic and operational plans for MFB business, leading thought leadership on the value of MFB to the broader business.


• Report and interact with senior management to indicate the status of MFB deal progress.


• Work with management team to structure their cluster sales teams.

Experience and Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc or HND in a related role


• Minimum of 5 years of cognate experience as Head of MFB operations is a Must.


• Extensive experience in the payments/Fintech/Banking/telecoms or related technology industry (desirable).


• Strong communication and analytical skills.
