Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative and talented Website Designer to join our team.


• The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of web design work and a solid understanding of user experience principles.


• You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with our company's brand and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Development:

• Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks.


• Create wire-frames, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.


• Develop and maintain the front-end functionality of websites.


• Design client-side and server-side architecture


• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design


• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications


• Write effective APIs that integrate website/App to backend server.


• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency


• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software


• Write technical documentation

User Experience and Interface:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions for the website/App direction, visuals, and experience.


• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.


• Optimize websites/Apps for maximum speed and scalability.


• Ensure designs are responsive and work across multiple platforms and devices.

Content Management:

• Work with content management systems (CMS) to implement and manage website content.


• Ensure website content is updated regularly and meets the company’s branding and marketing goals.


• Create security and data protection settings

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Test websites/App and applications across different browsers, devices, and operating systems to ensure functionality and performance.


• Troubleshoot and resolve any design or usability issues.


• Perform UI/App tests to optimize performance


• Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in software engineering, Full stack development, Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.


• Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience:

• Strong experience in Desktop, IOS and Android app development.


• Strong experience as a website designer with a strong portfolio of web design projects.


• Strong experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.


• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web design coding languages.


• Strong experience with ReactJS,Typescript& NextJS


• Strong experience with integrating API’s with other systems


• Strong experience with Linux systems.

Skills:

• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)


• Excellent understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.


• In-depth understanding of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)


• Writing clean, functional code on the front- and back-end.


• In-depth understanding of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)


• In-depth understanding of databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design


• In-depth understanding of dockers, kubernetes and Git


• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications:

• Certifications in software development


• Certifications in web design, UX/UI design, or related areas are a plus.


• Certifications in programming language such as Java, Python.
