Duties of the position

• Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.


• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures, interpret and implement quality assurance standards.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables.


• Develop detailed project plans and track progress against timelines and milestones.


• Monitor project budgets and make adjustments as needed to ensure projects are completed within budget.


• Liaising with stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.


• Engaging stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Qualification

• Minimum Of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,


• Project Management, or a related field.


• Minimum of 6 years working experience in Banking/ IT.


• Professional qualification in either Project Manager Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PRINCE2 Certification is required.


• Hands on experience in user acceptance management


• Product Management, Quality Inspection, Auditing and Testing Experience. product/ service or industry-specific experience.


• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases.
