Job Summary



  • To generate income in line with the set target of the company

  • To generate new business ideas and devise strategies for acquiring new clients and ensuring repeat business from existing clients.


Job Details



  • Engaging clients to determine their expenses, income, financial objectives, risk tolerance and other information needed to develop a financial plan.

  • Being responsive to client inquiries about what the financial markets updates are to make financial plans, strategies and to proffer financial advice.

  • Advising on financial strategies for Affluent, High Net-worth Individuals and Institutions clients by providing customized recommendation to help them meet their investment goals and other areas to help them reach financial objectives.

  • Proffering investment products to help client meet their investment goals.

  • Reviewing client accounts and plans on a regular basis to understand if economic changes, situational concerns, or financial performance necessitate changes in their financial plan.

  • Preparing and interpreting the financial document summaries, investment performance reports and income projections for clients on a regular basis.

  • Managing and updating client portfolios by contacting them regularly to discover changes in their financial status.

  • Building and maintaining client base through attending seminars, deliberately being a part of their live endeavours.

  • Generate market intelligence for consistent improvement of new/existing products.

  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on the progress of the conversion.

  • Demonstrate the desire to gain adequate knowledge of core wealth management services and take practical steps to achieve the same.

  • Achieve nil record of client complaint/dissatisfaction and work with the team to provide speedy resolution should any complaint arise.

  • Any other assignment as may be assigned by your supervisor


Requirements



  • 2-10 years’ sales experience in financial services.

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Good Presentation skills

  • Proficiency in the usage of Microsoft Office tools

  • Leadership skills

  • Proactive decision-maker

  • Self-starter

  • Sound ethics and integrity.

  • Flair for business development & strategic thinking

  • Flair for Client Experience Management
