As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our client base and enhance our market position.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oil and gas sector
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct market research and analysis to inform business strategies
Develop expertise in tendering and bidding processes to secure new contracts
Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve business development goals
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering / and a related field (MBA is a plus)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development within the oil and gas industry
Proven track record of achieving business development goals
Strong network of industry contacts and Ability to work independently and as part of a team
In-depth knowledge of tendering and bidding processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
