Job Description

• Ensure accurate purchasing of pharmacy and Supermarket products


• Ensure correct handling of receipts and invoices.


• Make sure only quality products are supplied.


• Generate inventory reports as well as movement of goods.


• Implement inventory control measures like LIFO and FIFO


• Coordinate with procurement and purchasing teams to place orders for replenishment stock, ensuring timely delivery and availability of inventory items.


• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies, stock shortages, or surplus inventory, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.


• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers, negotiating terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure a reliable supply of inventory items.

Requirements

• Experience in an FMCG or pharmacy will be an added advantage.


• Proximity to Omole will be considered.
