Role Description

• The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.


• They will oversee and manage the financial aspects of construction projects and ensure cost efficiency, accurate cost estimates, and timely cost reporting.


• The Quantity Surveyor will also collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Cost Control, BOQ Preparation, Cost Management, Cost Planning, and Cost Reporting skills


• Proven experience in quantity surveying and cost management


• Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


• Proficiency in relevant quantity surveying software


• Attention to detail and accuracy


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field


• Professional certification in quantity surveying is a plus
