  • Infytel Communication Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cyber Security Sales Manager to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of cyber security products and services, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction in the cyber security sector.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Execution:



  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the cyber security domain.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's customer base.

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.


Customer Relationship Management:



  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored cyber security solutions.

  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to inform customers about the benefits and features of our cyber security products and services.


Market Analysis and Insights:



  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging threats in the cyber security field.

  • Provide feedback and insights to the product development team to ensure our offerings meet market demands and customer needs.


Team Leadership and Collaboration:



  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Sales Administration:



  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Manage the sales pipeline and CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is a plus.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, specifically in the cyber security industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of cyber security products, services, and market trends.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
