Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and meet established goals
- Monitor progress of sales efforts and adjust strategies when necessary
- Monitor industry trends and changes and provide feedback to appropriate departments
- Maintain relationships with current and potential customers to help increase brand loyalty
- Develop promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and other advertising materials
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner
- Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure customer satisfaction
