We are seeking a dedicated CFRM Officer to manage the complaint and feedback mechanisms, ensuring that beneficiaries and staff can report issues safely and confidentially.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a robust complaint, feedback and response system.
Ensure all complaints are logged, addressed, and resolved promptly.
Conduct regular community consultations to gather feedback.
Train staff and community members on feedback mechanisms.
Prepare reports on feedback trends and resolutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Communication, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
