Job Overview

• We are looking for compassionate and experienced Case Workers to provide direct support to SGBV survivors, including psychosocial support, case management, and referrals to necessary services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide case management and psychosocial support to SGBV survivors.


• Develop individual case plans and follow up on progress.


• Facilitate referrals to medical, legal, and other support services.


• Conduct home visits and follow-up assessments.


• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management or similar roles.


• Understanding of SGBV issues and survivor support.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
