Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote and sell 3-wheeler cargo vehicles, in alignment with company objectives and targets
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors to understand their cargo transportation requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and participation in industry events
Product Presentation and Demonstration: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and capabilities of 3-wheeler cargo vehicles, tailored to the specific needs of customers
Proposal Preparation and Negotiation: Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts, negotiate terms and conditions, and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion
Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track performance against targets, and provide regular reports and forecasts to management for strategic planning
Training and Support: Provide training and support to dealers, distributors, and sales team members to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to sales, pricing, and customer service
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automobile or transportation industry, with a focus on commercial vehicles or cargo solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs and market dynamics
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Willingness to travel as required
Familiarity with 3-wheeler cargo vehicles and their applications would be an advantage
