Job Description:



  • As a Housekeeping Personnel, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities within the establishment.

  • Your role is vital in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards

  • Replace linens and towels, and restock guest room amenities

  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures

  • Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors

  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel

  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and tools are properly maintained and stored

  • Follow health and safety regulations and procedures at all times

  • Assist guests with any queries or requests in a polite and efficient manner


Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred

  • SSCE, OND in hospitality, business administration or related field.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence

  • Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Effective communication skills in English

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

  • Trustworthy and reliable with a professional attitude
