The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the marketing department.
This role includes managing marketing campaigns, coordinating with sales and production teams, supervising marketing staff, collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling content and promotional material and ensuring the effective promotion of the company's products.
The Marketing Supervisor will play a key role in developing and implementing data driven marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
Team Leadership
Market Research and Analysis
Brand Management which includes working with external agencies and vendors to enhance brand visibility and reputation
Budget Management and reporting
Digital Marketing and measurement of digital campaigns using SEO and SEM and analytical tools
Sales Collaboration to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, develop promotional programs and materials to support sales efforts and coordinate product launches and promotional events
Manage Public Relations with press, industry influencers and key stakeholders
Customer Engagement: strategies, insights and evaluation
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus
Certification in digital marketing or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in the FMCG industry, familiarity with manufacturing processes and with B2B, B2C marketing are preferred.
