The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the Company.
This role includes managing operation staff, coordinating production schedules, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Degree.
Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies is preferred
Experience:
3 - 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. Previous experience in a similar industry or manufacturing process is preferred.

Computer literacy skills
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Capacity to lift and move materials weighing up to 25kg.
