Responsible for handling a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient and effective running of the school.
Oversee the school's operations, including, budget management and strategic planning.
Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including facilities and educational materials.
Communicate school policies, initiatives, and events through various channels, such as newsletters, meetings, and social media platforms to parents and staff.
Ensure that the school operates in compliance and maintain accurate records
Implement change, including creating workflows and administration process documentation
Ensure the maintenance of clear and effective filing, records and other systems and to keep them updated.
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Manage office supplies stock and place orders
Proficient IT skills with experience in using office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, and other online applications.
REQUIRED
B.Sc Degree in related field and at least 3 years’ experience as an administrative officer
Excellent written and communication skills.
Functional IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft office tools and relevant software.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
