- Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service(Handle complaints or concerns).
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
- Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
- Collect information and provide estimates.
- Process payments and return devices.
- Schedule repair appointments.
- Coordinate with technicians.
- Confirm appointments and provide reminders.
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
- Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
- Monitor, organize and forward emails.
- Track and order office equipment and supplies.
- Maintain records and files.
- Provide basic troubleshooting.
- Explain repair procedures.
- Coordinate with technicians for complex issues.
- Maintain records.
- Update inventory systems.
- Generate invoices and receipts.
- Handle cash transactions.
Education
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences/Telecommunication, orany related discipline.
Skills:
- Must possess excellent Customer Service skills
- Basic knowledge of mobile devices and common technical issues, with ability to provide basic troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Understanding of repair processes and terminology to effectively communicate with technicians and customers.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines.
- Punctuality and reliability in adhering to scheduled shifts and appointments.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality regarding customer information.
- Respecting diversity and treating all customers and colleagues with respect and dignity.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Other requirements:
- Shouldhave completed NYSC.
- Should not be above 35 years of age.
- Should have at least 2 years of experience in same role.
