Manage, control and continuously improve the financial performance of the business unit (BU) / project as the finance business partner;
Complete estimation, budgeting, forecasting and operation analysis of business projects;
Identify and manage financial/commercial/business performance-related risks of the BU/project by participating in key business actions and monitoring result;
Support strategic decision-making of the top management team by acquiring, analyzing and aligning information and insights from different teams of stakeholders (sales/service/finance), and providing financial insights/advice;
Manage account receivables and collection with deep engagement in external negotiations and internal analyses;
Ensure accounting data quality;
Develop constructive relationships with executive internal & external stakeholders such as customers and sales/service/finance teams.Position Requirement: 1. Good knowledge of finance, preferably with a bachelor's degree in finance- or accounting-related major;
