Job Objective:

• Oversee the translation of project concepts into physical structures, ensuring strict adherence to quality, timeline, and budgetary requirements within the civil construction domain.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, review, and execution of design processes for civil construction projects.


• Establish and manage design project schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality drawings.


• Collaborate with Engineers to create technically sound drawings that meet project specifications and standards.


• Coordinate with various teams to streamline project specifications and ensure efficient execution of design plans.


• Conduct site inspections to ensure designs are faithfully executed and meet quality standards.


• Identify and address potential issues swiftly, implementing robust contingency plans.


• Provide creative direction and feedback to exceed client expectations.


• Represent the company while engaging with clients and professional teams.


• Maintain detailed documentation of design processes and project progress.


• Generate reports highlighting milestones and addressing challenges.


• Perform any other functions requested by management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• University degree in Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or a relevant discipline.


• MBA and/or MSc in a relevant field is an advantage.


• Relevant professional certifications in Civil Engineering, Design, or Construction Management are an added advantage.


• Minimum of 10 years' experience working on high-rise buildings.
