Coordinate all Restaurant Business Development activities.
Coordinate all Customer Service Relationships to ensure the relationships are cordial with excellent Service delivery and Customer satisfaction.
Develop new business opportunities for the Restaurant, follow up regularly with existing Customers and be up to date with all Customer contacts and expectations.
Carry out other functions required to enhance excellent service operations and profitability of the Restaurant.
Requirements
Should have relevant qualification and experience in Restaurant Business Management, and Customer Relations Management activities.
Must be Computer literate
Must achieve 95 % of monthly Key Performance Index assessment (KPI).
