The Business Development Executive, playing a pivotal role in expanding the company's market reach, identifying new business opportunities, and generating qualified leads that contribute to continued success. You'll leverage your strong communication, relationship-building, and business acumen to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives. We require a minimum of 3-5 years of experience is Sales and Marketing role, preferably within the real estate sector. 


Responsibilities


Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of activities, including: 


Market Research & Lead Generation: 



  • Conduct thorough market research to identify and analyse potential new markets, customer segments, and business partnerships. 

  • Develop and implement targeted lead generation strategies to attract qualified leads for new developments and ongoing projects. 

  • Utilize a variety of lead generation tactics, including attending industry events, networking, and digital marketing efforts. 


Business Development & Relationship Management: 



  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry, including developers, investors, brokers, architects, and government agencies. 

  • Identify and qualify potential business partners and develop strategic partnerships that contribute to mutually beneficial growth. 

  • Negotiate and structure win-win business deals that align with the company's long-term objectives.


Proposal Development & Presentations: 



  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's projects and services. 

  • Deliver clear and concise presentations to potential clients and partners, showcasing company's expertise and competitive advantage. 

  • Secure meetings with decision-makers and confidently present the company's offerings to close deals. 


Business Analysis & Growth Strategies:



  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decision-making. 

  • Track and measure the performance of business development initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall growth strategy. 


Qualifications: 



  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the real estate sector. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (highly desirable). 

  • Proven track record of success in generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and closing deals.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets. 

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus). 

  • A passion for the real estate industry and a desire to contribute to the growth of a successful company.
