We are looking for highly skilled and smart individuals to join our operations team. Successful applicants will be in charge of ensuring the company's day-to-day operations run smoothly,


which includes coordinating deliveries, managing order timelines, and providing excellent customer service to our customers.


Key Responsibilities



  • Ensure that all aspects of the order management timeline are carried out effectively.

  • Communicate with other team members to resolve issues and provide updates on customers’ orders.

  • Ensure Chowdeck riders, agents and vendors adhere to established brand guidelines.

  • Stay updated with the app's features, policies, and processes.

  • Resolve issues through chat, mobile calls, and in-person meetings by providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.

  • Escalate recurring issues as quickly as possible for resolution.

  • Identify and recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide internal updates on insights from engagements with vendors, riders, customers, and vendor agents to improve Chowdeck's overall service.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the operations manager.
