Conducting market research, analyzing trends, performing product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, gathering feedback, and offering recommendations to Management as necessary.
We also expect the successful candidate to help drive the sales of our specialized medical devices in his assigned territory.
Job Responsibilities
Performing product demonstrations for healthcare professionals such as Doctors, Pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
Scheduling appointments and meetings with Doctors in your territory to promote and sell our company products.
Identifying and closing new business opportunities for the organization.
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s specialty medical products.
Building and maintaining good business relationships with clients/medical professionals to encourage repeat purchases.
Maintaining detailed business records.
Submitting reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly, as required.
Staying updated on new developments in the medical field and how such developments can influence the company's business strategies.
Meet/exceed sales quotas.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a Medical-related field with a minimum of 5 years work experience.
Previous experience as a Medical Representative(with specialty products), will be an added advantage.
