  • Developing and implementing comprehensive retail marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and creative services to create compelling retail marketing campaigns and promotions.

  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and retail opportunities.

  • Managing relationships with retail partners, including negotiations, co-op advertising programs, and joint promotional activities.

  • Overseeing the creation and production of retail marketing materials, including POS displays, signage, and promotional materials.

  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of retail marketing initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to optimize campaign effectiveness.

  • Drive retail channel growth through innovative marketing tactics, including digital marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in retail marketing to continually improve strategies and tactics.

  • Managing retail marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

  • Providing regular reporting and insights to senior management on retail marketing performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.


Requirements



  • BSC/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • MBA qualification preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years of retail marketing experience, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful retail marketing campaigns and promotions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with marketing analytics tools preferred.
