Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM or HRCI.
