We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Ambassador to join our Real Estate team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for representing our company at the highest level, building relationships with high-net-worth clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and industry leaders
Collaborate with agents and other teams to drive sales growth and revenue generation
Provide market insights and expertise to clients and internal stakeholders
Develop and implement strategic business development plans
Mentor and train junior ambassadors and agents
Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity
Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in Real Estate, sales, or a related field
Proven track record of success in building relationships and driving sales growth
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong market knowledge and industry expertise
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
