Job Details



  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and with courtesy.

  • Provide information about the company and its services to visitors and callers.

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.

  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments. Confirm appointments and provide reminders.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and deliveries.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

  • Prepare and maintain records, documents and correspondence.

  • Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:



  • Proven work experience as an Administrative /Front desk Officer

  • Solid knowledge of office procedures

  • Computer literate with proficiencycy in use of office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)

  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to details

  • Experience with computer equipment (e.g. printers, scanners etc.)

  • Must possess excellent Customer Service skills

  • Understand admin repair processes and terminology to effectively communicate with technicians and customers.

  • Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines.

  • Punctuality and reliability in adhering to scheduled shifts and appointments.

  • Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

  • Upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality regarding customer information.

  • Respecting diversity and treating all customers and colleagues with respect and dignity.

  • Should not be above 30 years of age.

  • Must be presentable and good-looking


Qualifications:



  • A minimum of OND certificate is required.


Experience:



  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in same role.
