Key Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored loan solutions.


• Loan Processing: Oversee the loan application process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.


• Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough credit analyses and risk assessments to determine loan eligibility and terms.


• Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of loans, ensuring timely repayments and addressing any issues that arise.


• Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to offer the best advice and products to our clients.


• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including underwriting and compliance, to ensure smooth loan processing and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Loan Officer, with a strong track record in loan origination and management.


• Education: BSC/HND in any field
