Job Description


The Personal Assistant to the CEO plays a pivotal role in managing the CEO's daily activities, including calendar coordination, communication with stakeholders, and travel arrangements.


Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.

  • Organize and maintain confidential information, documents, and files. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as needed.

  • Schedule, prepare agendas, and coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events. Attend meetings with the CEO, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

  • Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations for the CEO, including flights, hotels, transportation, and visas. Ensure travel itineraries are efficient and cost-effective.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. Exercise sound judgment in handling urgent matters and delegating tasks when necessary.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information, business strategies, and company operations. Exercise discretion in handling confidential matters.

  • Foster positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the CEO. Represent the CEO professionally and courteously in all interactions.

  • Assist the CEO in ad-hoc projects, research tasks, and initiatives as assigned. Collaborate with other team members to support company-wide goals and objectives.

  • Process expense reports and reconcile credit card statements for the CEO. Track  expenses, budgets, and financial documents accurately.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant supporting C-level executives.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent driving skills.

  • Have a valid passport and be willing and available to travel.

  • Should must be MALE between the ages of 27-31years
