Department: Business Development and Commercial Services
Reports to: Sales Director
Role Summary:
Maximize company sales by setting and pushing realistic expectations to grow revenue.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Number of deals closed with active support.
- Number of product training sessions for team members.
- Number of presentation/negotiation skills training sessions.
- Number of agents hired and their sales performance.
- Conversion rate of leads to actual sales.
- Implementation of effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to boost company revenue.
- Drive team activities to meet sales targets.
- Coordinate product sales, development, and new product launches.
- Scout for prospects, assign salespersons, and develop marketing plans.
- Train, manage, and advise salespeople.
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data.
- Provide after-sales support and organize sales strategy meetings.
People Management:
- Manage the sales team, recruit talent, and provide training to enhance productivity and profitability.
Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall sales.

Qualifications:
- University degree in any field; a Master's degree is a strong added advantage.
- Completed NYSC.
- Certification in Sales or Business Administration is an advantage.
- Over 9 years of sales experience with a proven track record. Previous experience in Insurance sales, luxurious car sales, High-end Luxury and having sold to high portfolio clients and having access to high portfolio clients is PREFERRED.
