Job Description




  • Clinique Research is seeking a skilled “Business Development Manager” to manage a Portfolio of projects by the Company.

  • We require a proficient manager versed in project management, marketing, and promotion strategies.

  • We are seeking a candidate who brings enthusiasm, fresh perspectives, and the organizational prowess needed to achieve successful projects.

  • Your main responsibility will be to ensure the success and cost-effectiveness of projects and company events, while carefully managing budgetary and time constraints.


Other Responsibilities include:



  • Track assigned projects from planning, and execution, to closeout.

  • Develop proposals, quotations, and tenders for inquiries and negotiating terms.

  • Develop articles, newsletters, and other related content required for marketing of company projects.

  • Meet with potential and existing partners to increase opportunities to engage in all company projects.

  • Oversee marketing activities to increase brand awareness and gain new partners.

  • Conduct thorough market research, while identifying new opportunities and activities to deliver innovative projects.

  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers as applicable.

  • Analyze assigned projects’ success and prepare reports.

  • Perform other duties that may be required.


Requirements and Skills:



  • Proven experience in Project Management and Business Development.

  • Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for events.

  • Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office, and other project management tools.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Financial acumen with experience in budget management.

  • Success-driven.

  • Customer-service orientation.


Education:



  • Minimum of BSc/BA in a Health Discipline, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience working in the health research or life science industry is an added advantage.

  • Certification in Project Management is desirable.


Working Conditions:



  • Office-based, with occasional travel for client meetings and company events.

  • Full-time, with flexibility for occasional extended hours to meet business goals.

  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and travel as required.
