Job Description:



  • We are currently looking to hire a very experienced and competent Administrative Executive who is vast in administrative and basic accounting functions.  

  • Our ideal candidate must have experience and full understanding of Immigration matters as it concerns expatriates. 


Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform all administrative duties and matters that concern staff members and all the expatriates 

  • Perform all basic Accounting functions such as; 

  • Preparation of daily and Monthly income and expenditure account

  • Computation of Staff  payroll

  • Computation, filing and payment of staff pension and tax with the appropriate authority

  • Render Audit support

  • Preparation Bank Reconciliation

  • Filing and payment of Value Added Tax

  • Preparation of daily petty cash via Excel


Key Requirements:



  • HND/BSc. Qualifications in any relevant field.

  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience as an Administrative Executive or related role.

  • Must have experience in Immigration matters which involve the expatriates

  • Previous experience in international trading is desirable but not compulsory.

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced and a multicultural environment 

  • Ability to think outside the box and wok with or little supervision

  • Professional knowledge of the use of relevant computer applications and office work tools
