The Client
Our Client is a new and seasoned Fast-food Company within Ikeja environs. We are looking to hire result-driven sales representatives, who can help the organization drive and achieve its sales targets.
The primary responsibilities of our sale representative(s) would be to pursue and achieve sales targets set by the company, by aggressively engaging in lead outreaches, collaborating with the marketing team to expand brand presence, and maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Responsibilities
- Identifying leads and making contact when leads are identified.
- Developing and sustaining a robust database of leads and potential leads for the Company.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling to introduce company products/offers and encourage purchases.
- Present, promote and sell our products, services and offers using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
- Informing operations/product development team of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market expectations.
- Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
- Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
- Regularly informing existing customers of upgrades to products, as well as introducing new product lines.
- Maintaining sales records and meeting sales targets, as well as presenting managers with regular updates.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure efficient customer service, as well as resolving complaints by customers.
- Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments when required.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- HND or bachelors’ degree.
- Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or any related field
