Educational Qualification: BSc in Estate Management
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years related experience
Detailed Description
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standard.
- Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
- Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors
- Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
- Allocate office space according to needs
- Monitoring the property market and keep updated with trends.
- Offering professional advice to the Clients on how to make the properties more attractive to prospective tenants as well as achieving the maximum benefit/ use of the property.
- Visit the site with Letting Officer.
- Any other assignment as may be assigned from time to time.
