Educational Qualification: BSc in Estate Management


Experience:  Minimum of 3-5 years related experience




Detailed Description



  • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standard.

  • Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations

  • Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs

  • Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors

  • Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.

  • Allocate office space according to needs

  • Monitoring the property market and keep updated with trends.

  • Offering professional advice to the Clients on how to make the properties more attractive to prospective tenants as well as achieving the maximum benefit/ use of the property.

  • Visit the site with Letting Officer.

  • Any other assignment as may be assigned from time to time.
