Job Description

• Support supervisors in leading teams to provide:
  
  
  
  • Employee compensation handling
  
  
  • Tax planning and structuring for individuals and unincorporated businesses
  
  
  • Global mobility support
  
  
  • Personal income Tax compliance including managing tax audits end to end
  
  
  • Total reward strategy, design and implementation
  
  
  • Executive and employee compensation programmes 
  
  
  
  


• Manage relationships with clients, regulators, and other external parties, provide insights and champion thought leadership


• Drive business development initiatives


• Provide guidance to the firm and clients regarding changes and emerging issues in the tax and business landscape


• Project management and management reporting


• Perform other related tasks and official assignments

Qualification 

• Bsc, HND(Minimum of 2.1/Upper credit in any field)


• Professional or postgraduate educational qualification: ICAN, ACCA, CITN, MBA is an added advantage.
